This end-to-end VoIP and TDM compatible solution incorporates dialling and call recording technology and comes with a fully built-in voice recording capability and real-time monitoring tools.

The OPEX dialling platform is ideal for repetitive, high volume outbound campaigns providing security and reliability and comes complete with a high degree of self-service and self-control.

Capable of preview and predictive dialling, this OFCOM compliant product ensures that organisations can focus more on the business of engaging with customers, by typically achieving talk-time of up to 75% or more.

The dialling facility is supplied on a ‘pay-on-usage’ basis, which is extremely cost effective because it can be expanded or contracted to match the business requirement. This flexibility ensures excellent financial control, allowing organisations to establish a competitive and sustainable business model.

The dialler comprises advanced routines which sample historic and real time trends to establish optimum performance based on factors such as team size, time of day, current and historic abandon rates, typical call length and answer rates. It also automatically schedules call-backs at times where the contact is most likely to answer (rather than a preset time in advance).
