OPEX Conference call services you can now teleconference from any phone, at any
time, in any location. Because you have the ability to mix calls from
landlines and mobile phones in the same conferencing bridge you can now
bring together all the right people to make business happen faster. How it works
OPEX Teleconference service runs on the latest and most advanced systems. Unlike most (audio conferencing) services our system is unique in that it doesn't require an operator service to set up the conference bridge on behalf of the participants – it's fully self-service.
This is the procedure you would use to set up a conference call:-
- Call the dial-in number which OPEX will allocate.
- Follow the prompts and your conference is now set-up.
- You will be given a unique 6 digit PIN number.
- When you invite people to join your conference give them the ‘dial-in' number and the PIN number along with the time you want them join – the job is now done.
Note:- the PIN number allows your invitees to access the conference call, which is totally private and secure.
OPEX Teleconferencing uses carrier grade conference bridges with noise cancellation algorithms; this means that you are guaranteed clear, crisp voice quality - even when two people are trying to talk at the same time.
Conference call recording
For those people that want to record their conference call this
service is fully compatible with OPEX Call Recording. The recording facility
can be initiated during the set-up stage and an audio file of the recording
can be emailed to the participants.
